Gravity Fitness Class

Gravity Fitness is a series of trampoline exercises to help improve flexibility, strengthen and tone muscle and give your cardiovascular system an amazing workout. Modifications are shown so anyone can participate.

This class is SO much fun you'll be amazed at how quickly the time flies by.

When: Mondays and Wednesdays
Time: 7-8pm
Price: $9.95/person
Bonus: $5.00 jump for kids with parents in the class
